in the strategic importance of a fully managed service contract
to support high profile conference rooms and boardrooms. These contracts
can be designed in a variety of ways to meet specific user requirements.
Where appropriate CCOMM provide fully qualified on-site support
personnel to manage and co-ordinate these activities at pre-arranged

There are a variety of ways to approach this type of service. Generally,
they fall under 3 specific categories:
• A ‘break fix’ contract where the customer pays for labour and
materials to fix a problem or fault, usually outside the warranty
period
• A planned preventative maintenance contract with agreed service
levels and maintenance visits – see typical list of activities below.
This service should also incorporate an agreed strategy for on-spares
• A comprehensive maintenance contract covering all the equipment
items with guaranteed response times and equipment replacements,
including recommended strategic spares stored at the customers premises
