TAC Engineer

A key requirement for a Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) Engineer is to have good customer service and communication skills, do you fit the bill? Working as part of an established team, you will be responsible for providing support services to customers with technical problems and information technology issues. Your day to day role will involve co-ordinating, diagnosing and troubleshooting incoming customer support calls in a timely manner.

Internal Sales Executive

We are looking to recruit an assertive and confident Internal Sales Executive with the ability to communicate with staff and customers at all levels. The role involves the selling of company products and services via the telephone, therefore a professional telephone manner and the aptitude to use the telephone as a business tool is a must.

In addition to this, you will be generating customer quotations and proposals therefore a working knowledge of Microsoft Office is imperative.

You will also be responsible for supporting your relevant Account Manager(s) in arranging and attending meetings and other reasonable tasks as deemed appropriate.

Logistics Coordinator

Working in our busy Logistics Department, we are looking for a highly organised person, who understands the importance of excellent Customer Service. This role will focus on the booking of engineering resources and liaising with customers, in line with project requirements.

You must have a working knowledge of MS Office including Project. A working knowledge of SAGE MMS or equivalent accounting package would be an advantage. The ability to maintain records and produce accurate reports is also an integral part of this role.

We are looking for a dynamic, hungry Account Manager to work as part of our City and Finance Team. Based in our St Albans Office, you will be required to bring in new business and manage existing accounts.
