At CCOMM we constantly take in our clients needs. With that knowledge and our experience, we have created a range of proactive contract options that reflect the services required to ensure systems are fully functional at all times.
Contract Options
CCOMM are flexable in meeting customer requirements and creating contracts as individual to the customer as their equipment set up is.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
CCOMM's PPM plan proactively ensures longevity of equipment and minimises disruption to the business caused by unnecessary down time.
What we Offer
Software Upgrades
As and when manufacturers release software these upgrades will be made available and so as to maximise the equipment’s operation.
Remote Access
Extends telephone support to allow remote access by CCOMM engineers to the client’s infrastructure, providing enhanced problem resolution.
Conference Support
Enhanced telephone and remote access support for specific events. This includes assistance with conference set up as well as active monitoring of systems during the conference. CCOMM can also arrange for an engineer to be available on site to immediately resolve any faults that may arise during a conference.
On-site support
An engineer available on-site for a given period (from a day to a year).
Strategic Spares
Available as an option on all contracts, a stock of strategic spares is held at the client’s location(s) to allow for the fastest possible replacement of faulty equipment. This option removes the risk of spare or loan equipment being unavailable in the event of an equipment failure.
Maintenance Fund
This option allows a client to create a contingency fund, which may be drawn down against any maintenance costs not covered under the maintenance policy.
Additional Project Work
CCOMM can provide project management, implementation and installation services for on-going and future enhancements to the customer working environment.
